New and Continuing Development Funding Request Form

Instructions:
Step 1 Complete the form(Event Development Funding Request 2012-13) and submit (hard copy only, electronic submissions will not be accepted) to a College Board Vice President:
Twin Cities - Phat Tran (PDIII)
Duluth - Souk Phaengkhouane (PDIII)
Step 2 Present your request (in person) to the College Board Executive Board Meeting.
Contact President to get on the meeting agenda at least one week before the CBEB meeting.
Step 3 If request is approved by CBEB, present request (in person) to entire College Board for approval by vote.
